Police

The Austrian Police had some Haflingers of the type shown left: Early series two (yet without rear splash guards etc.)
painted in "Police Green" with white canvas top - basically an Austrian civil version. I took this photo in 1999 at the
40 Years Treffen in Graz, back then, the vehicle was still owned by the Austrian Police (note the beautiful old black
registration plate; "BP" stands for "Bundespolizei").
Die Österreichische Bundespolizei hatte einige Haflinger vom Typ wie links abgebildet: Frühe Serie 2,
lackiert in "Polizeigrün" und mit weißem Verdeck. Das Foto habe ich 1999 beim großen Treffen
in Graz geschossen. Damals war der Haflinger noch im Besitz der Bundespolizeidirektion Wien und hatte, wie man sieht,
noch die schönen alten schwarzen Kennzeichen mit Polizei-Kürzel drauf. Ich denke die Polizei hatte auch
noch Haflinger anderer Baujahre, über Infos & Fotos würde ich mich freuen!
